Cancellation, Refund Policy, and Lateness If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, otherwise I will not issue a refund. I will only issue refunds if I need to cancel or if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up at least 10 mins after the start of your reading, I will assume you needed to cancel last minute, and I will not issue a refund so please be on time!
